Our Bobcat block of Chardonnay was harvested on September 25, the latest harvest in 13 years. Perfumed and expressive on the nose, this Chardonnay shows hints of biscuit and nougat, backed by appealing florals. On the palate, it is graceful and silky, layered with flavors of jasmine tea, lychee, and ripe peach. It is balanced and ripe without being overdone, with a touch of oak adding creaminess while retaining the wine’s freshness and adding to a long finish.
